parse_mix_rate_parent_ae will be called each time a interface related configuration commit is done.
For any AE bundle, if the config speed is not set through CLI, then you will receive the print "ifd XX no speed configured" message.
If the config speed is not present, then DCD and kernel will figure out the right config speed considering the child interface speeds or depending on the mixed mode config.
So, this is an internal debug message and does not affect the AE interfaces operation.
