Hi everyone,
Yesterday, EX4550 switch(virtual chassis 12.3R9-S1 ), A fortress machine access to the interface ge-0/0/10, the adapter can not learn MAC, ge-0/0/16 replacement, the same can not learn MAC. Again to ge-1/0/16, normal learning. One server has two NICs connected to x-0/0/8 and xe-1/0/8. Xe-0/0/8 to xe-0/0/21, and found that xe-0/0/21 can not learn MAC.
so, ge-0/0/10, ge-0/0/16, ge-1/0/17 is down, However, the interface display is blocked by STP.
Partial log:

How to eliminate the Blocked interface? The switch is configured with point-to-point RSTP for all interfaces. Why does the interface Down also show that STP Blocked?
Is there anyone who has ever seen the situation? thank you very much
