AutoNegotiation issue for ports 0-11 in EX3200

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue where the ports 0-11 in EX3200 are not auto-negotiatiating with the interface on the other end whcih makes the interfaces DOWN, whereas with the same interface on the other end, the auto-negotiation is completed for ports 12-23 and the interfaces are UP on both ends.

Is there any difference between the port group 0-11 and 12-23 on EX3200?
