- about upgrading the switch :
first you should download the software version from this site: www.juniper.net/support/downloads
second, you have two ways :
either to upgrade the switch from j-web , which can be done with few steps ,:
Maintain > Software > Install Package
Or simply you can follow this article:

another way is to upgrade via the CLI after uploading the software via WinSCP to the switch or to FTP server , and then running this command:
> request system software add no-copy no-validate <<path>>
