EX4600 Virtual Chassis - having trouble making it show up.

This is new setup for me, Two EX4600, and Two EX4300. I am trying to get the 4600 VC'd.

I have VC'd EX2200 before with no issues, but this is kicking my butt.

I want to use,  et-0/0/24 to connect both of them.

Both EX4600 are on the same version.

The LED for the VC port is blinking on both EX4600's.
