Yes you can. Layer 2 Uplink is trunk port configured to act like Ciscos trunk ports which carry all vlans by default, as that was not standard with junos. You have to manually configure the vlans when you define it as trunk. If you have an interface configured as L2Uplink and you add it to a LAG, you just need to move the trunk port configurations from the interface and place them on the LAG.
