Will the VLAN still be configured with an IP address without the L3 interface? I.E.

set vlan cmaera

set vlan camera vlan-id 13

set vlan cameras family inet address 10.10.20.254/24

or just the first two lines?

set vlan cmaera

set vlan camera vlan-id 13
