Currently I have one EX3300 (SW1) and HP switch (SW2) and the configs are below

 

SW1:

unit 0 {
family ethernet-switching {
port-mode trunk;
vlan {
members VLAN20;

 

SW2 (HP switch):

trunk 20-21 Trk1 LACP
ip default-gateway 10.10.10.1

vlan 1
name "DEFAULT_VLAN"
untagged 20-21,Trk1
ip address 10.10.10.10 255.255.255.0

I am planning on replacing the HP switch with EX3300. Hence I posted the question. Because I wasn't sure If I need to create VLANs or not. Because there are no VLAN20 configs on the HP switch.
