In this case you would simply add a trunk port for the fiber connection between the switches and assign the vlans to this as needed for the extension.
You will need to add a loopback address to manage the two remote switches as they will be independent of the local VC. And your routing protocol of choice with whatever mgmt vlan you have for access to the remote device.
The two remote ex2200 might also be setup as a separate VC with just those two members instead of both being separate.
