First things first - You are referring to SFPP ports in the Control Board/CB, specifically in SCBE2 model, and not in the RE.

EX9200 shares the CB hardware with MX240/480/960, and on MX480/960 these ports are used to connect external REs used in Node Slicing application

(the diagram shows MX2K but the CB ports are also 10GE SFPP ones).

You cannot configure these ports as revenue ports, it is not supported.
