Thanks for help.

Regarding root bridge re-election, the "normal" root bridge (with a 4k configured weight) is connected to my VC but via a AE link, so when lacp goes down, root bridge changed.

Unfortunately, no core dumps are available. 

Moreover, is RE load normal ? 

Yesterday

    Load averages:                 1 minute   5 minute  15 minute
                                       2.33       1.89       1.80

Now

   Load averages:                 1 minute   5 minute  15 minute
                                       1.80       1.88       1.79
