Traceoptions are written to a log file that's configured. So, just ensure the config is disabled and the file isn't recording anything, that's all. If traceoptions are still configured, you can disable them. If they need to be on, then the respective process based on which protocol/service traceoptions are enabled for, needs to be checked.
show configuration | grep traceoption ----------> to see if traceoptions are still enabled
show system processes extensive | except 0.00 --------------> to see highest usage processes
