EX2300 Port Blocking?

Hi Forum,

I have a newbie question Im sure someone can answer in a second. I just implemented a new EX2300 24T switch in our test lab and connected a rack of public facing servers to it on various ports such as 8080, 9090, etc...The switch is sitting behind a Netgear VPN firewall and performing basic NAT to the switch. I configured the switch to use a 10.10.0.0/16 network for all the interfaces. The servers are "visible" to the internet initially but scripts wont run like java, etc. After a while they are no longer visible at all. I performed a EZSetup and answered the simple 4-5 dialogue boxes and set the ME0.1 as the "out of band" management interface on 10.10.1.100. All of this works fine. From the inside I can browse the internet fine as well, so long as I am on the 10.10.X.X network. The netgear is running as a "DNS proxy" to the switch. I have tried everything and have some to a loss on what it could be. Does the EX 2300 port block out of the box?

Thank you....!
