Commit Error?

Hi all,

Any help would be much appreciated.

We're running a stack of 2x EX 4300 on JUNOS 13.2X51-D21.1

When attempting to commit, we are met with this: "error: could not open configuration database (juniper.data+)"

When doing a "Show System Storage" we notice /dev/md12 118M 118M -9.4M 109% /var/rundb on fpc1.

Is there a way of clearing files within individual chassis?

We've tried following these guidelines: https://forums.juniper.net/t5/Junos/Commit-Errors/td-p/17615 , but I'm assuming that changes in JunOS / storage may have been the reason why that did not work.
