The SW warranty clearly states 90 days, with TAC providing HW RMA support only:
Limited software warranty: Warranty for software support remains consistent with all JUNOS-based products: 90 days from the warranty start date.
JTAC assistance: The Juniper Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) will provide online RMA processing assistance to warranted customers.
Anyone with an EX3300 most likely has had the switch for more than 90 days. If you are doing this, that is downloading and using Junos SW without proper maintenance support contract or valid purchase, you are putting both yourself and the company you make work for at risk.
Hopefully word to wise is sufficient. This Junos SW policy is consistent across all products, not just EX.
