Yep, downgrading to VM hardware version 8 let the RE boot. It was set to
11 initially, I believe.
I'm currently using the D60 version. I found that the file list for the
downloads for D63 was wrong. There are 2 files listed - one at 300+MB and
one at 600+MB, however, they are both listed as the RE. I think that is a
mistake, and the 600+MB file should be the PFE VMDK.
