1. by default, you will see both set of interfaces irrespective of your speed in run show interface terse.
xe-0/0/0
ge-0/0/0
xe-0/0/1
ge-0/0/1

2. same as above
3. you can use them for vc formation
4. fpc 0 ports can not be converted to virtual chassis on ex 4200.
