I have no idea what is going on at your site, as this equipment does work fine at MANY other places. I suggest you do need to work with TAC on this one, BUT I would first suggest you upgrade code on both platforms to 12.3R12 (latest) which would also provide for a reset/reboot of the devices. If you still have the same issues then, the case would definitely need to be opened and you should include with the case opening an RSI, logs, and configs of all devices. Depending upon your situation, you would need to open one case for EX4200 and then a seperate case for EX2200 but include as much info as possible in each case, to speed up resolution.
