As you can see is pure L2, no L3 address or L3 multicast address.
Could you better explain the function of L2 querier ? I can not understand how a querier that work at MAC level can act.
Or perhaps I have misuderstood something about L2 querier and it's another way to call the IGMP querier funtionality.
Take in mind that here there is not any join to any multicast ipaddress. It's a pure L2 multicast and every switch in the world should receive this packet and tx it on every port.
