Junos 12.3R12-S7 for EX2200 breakes VC LACP MC-LAG

We have ex2200-48p-4g 4-member VC.

After Junos downgrading  from 15.1R5-S3.4 to 12.3R12-S7 LACP on sfp uplinks stopped working.

show lacp interfaces ae32
error: device ae32 not found


Booting VC back to 15.1R5-S3.4 from alternate slice brings LAG on sfp ports back...

LACP on regular copper ports (PIC 0  48x 10/100/1000 Base-T) works fine in both Junos versions.
