Just to elaborate more on this in case someone has the same issue in the future with an EX9200
The card that is timing out has some crazy behaviour with LACP links, normal access ports or trunk ports work fine but any LACP bond on this card with the FPE Luchip timeouts simply doesnt work properly, the LACP bond reports to be up but it doesnt forward packets, after a lof of thorough testing we came up with a definite issue here, we will not reboot the card but will replace it, we have 2 linecards on the way overnight to replace it.
I just dont want to gamble with this and reboot the card to find it failing or not coming back, this is evidently a critical switch.
All in all ... the infanous PFE luchip error seems to be an indivative of something very wrong!
