Hello,

I'm hoping someone will help with suggestions with the following scenario:

I have two EX2200 switches. After a power outage over the weekend the master does not boot:

U-Boot 1.1.6 (Jul 26 2011 - 03:19:50)

Board: EX2200-24T-4G 4.28
EPLD: Version 04.100311 (0x10)
DRAM: Initializing (512MB)
Flash: 8 MB

Firmware Version:01.00.00
USB: scanning bus for devices... 3 USB Device(s) found
scanning bus for storage devices... 1 Storage Device(s) found

ELF file is 32 bit
Consoles: U-Boot console

FreeBSD/arm U-Boot loader, Revision 1.1
(builder@dagmath.juniper.net, Tue Jul 26 01:25:53 UTC 2011)
Memory: 512MB
bootsequencing is enabled
bootsuccess is not set

JUNOS 12.3R9.4 #0: 2015-02-12 11:08:08 UTC
    builder@kessuth.juniper.net:/volume/build/junos/12.3/release/12.3R9.4/obj-arm/junos/bsd/kernels/JUNIPER-EX-2200/kernel

It hangs at this point (I've given it a day). I can get into the prompts before the switch starts loading the OS, so my guess is that the hardware is OK, and that I need to reinstall Junos 12.3R9.4. I may be wrong, of course. I really have very limited knowledge with Juniper products...

The other switch in the virtual chassis is the backup and its current state is the following:

root@i9t-fl0jan-st1> show virtual-chassis

Preprovisioned Virtual Chassis
Virtual Chassis ID: 6f1d.eb6f.49d0
Virtual Chassis Mode: Enabled
                                           Mstr Mixed Neighbor List
Member ID Status Serial No Model prio Role Mode ID Interface
0 (FPC 0) Inactive CWXXXXXXXXXX ex2200-24t-4g 129 Linecard* NA
1 (FPC 1) NotPrsnt CWxxxxxxxxxx ex2200-24t-4g

{linecard:0}

Both switches are running on the same OS version (12.3R12.4)

What are your recommendations to salvage this? Can I restore the master without having to recreate everything?
