I'm not sure how to see the actual RPM stats for the general categories of normal, medium and high. The actual RPM do differ on the various platforms I've seen so they are somehow set per platform.
I don't see any way to manipulate the RPM setting the way you can the temperature thresholds.
Your output seems to me to indicate some kind of issue with the fpc2 switch. This could just be a software glitch that is reporting wrong numbers. Are you in a position to go and see if the fans are spinning that much faster on fpc2 compared to the others?
In any case, I expect you are seeing some kind of software bug here. I would open a case with JTAC on that.
