unfortunately this dosn't helo. EX4200 is connected to MX10. I try this:

EX4200:

ether-options {
    no-flow-control;
    link-mode full-duplex;

}

MX10

[edit interfaces xe-1/2/0]

Traffic is 1.64Gbit ( TX ) and 780 ( TX )
