We have a stack of 7 EX3400s in a VC that were running 18.1R3 with no troubles for quite awhile. Last weekend I upgraded them to 18.1R3-S6 as per the JTAC recommended software version. Upgrade went fine, no errors and the booted back up on S6 and they are passing traffic properly. However there are issues with the port LEDs on the 10g and 40g ports. The 40g ports have no lights on them, either link or traffic, though they are up and passing traffic no problem (and show as up in Junos itself). The 10g links all have no lights except for port 2, which has lights on even if there is no SPF in that slot.
While it isn't a critical issue as things are working, it really is nice to have proper indicator lights so a tech and check on a port and have an idea of if it is up or not so I'd like to get it fixed, if possible.
Anyone else see this or have an idea how to fix it?
