You don't need to enable LLDP on port 18 if LLDP-MED is enabled on it as the output shows .
As you can see "show lldp detail" shows both vlans . 100+510 .
You can view the voice vlan which i guess its 510 by two commands :
1- show lldp detail
2- show lldp neighbors interface <interface>
