Just FYI, I would not trust that link to be 100% accurate across all products. For example, the 10GE interfaces on EX4300 Uplink Module can NOT be set with auto-neg disabled. FYI

Did you open a TAC case? Without one nothing will change as far as product is concerned. What version of SW are you running on the EX3300? It looks to me like a collision is FDB hash algorthim.

Not sure if your EX3300 is VC or standalone, and how difficult this might be for you, but if you could downgrade to 12.3R12 and re-test that could be very useful info. Just FYI.

Standalone. Downgrade is not possible, there're production servers attached. There is only one affected host. Others works fine!

Understand. I don't suppose this server (NIC) was used anywhere previously without issue? Was this EX3300 every running with 12.3 or is this fairly new install? Just wondering, . . .

I tested on a QFX5100 running 14.1X53-D26 and you can neither set no-auto nor delete auto-negotiation (as URL states) for 10GE or xe interfaces. See output below:...

Log files would be a good start. show log messages | no-more

If you don't have autonegotiation configured then of course you will get that error--just as if you tried to delete any other non existant configuration. Enable it, commit, then you can delete it.
