Create RVI on ex4300

Trying to create an RVI on ex4300 but the below option isn't present...works on my ex2200-C. 

user@switch# set interfaces vlan unit logical-unit-number family inet address inet-address

Do you have to use an IRB interface instead of RVI?

Any help is appreciated as I'm new to the Juniper World
