Yes, it is a virtual-chassis (4 ex4600) and I use LACP and AE-interfaces (14 ae-interfaces).
I've made some tests.
1. I've added a counter on irb.100 interface

2. and I tried to use :
monitor traffic interface irb.100
verbose output suppressed, use <detail> or <extensive> for full protocol decode
Address resolution is ON. Use <no-resolve> to avoid any reverse lookup delay.
Address resolution timeout is 4s.

3. But traffic statistics are increasing :
